| The Lost Nation Smoke Company is a competition barbecue team and catering company specializing in the art of smoking chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and beef brisket. We are comprised of family and friends and compete mostly in the northeast, as our pitmaster hails from Essex Junction, VT. 7/30/08 – Lost Nation traveled to Windsor, VT for Harpoon’s New England Regional Championships. It was a fun-filled weekend and the team produced some excellent food. We weren't able to replicate the "dance party" held at our site last year, but we still had a blast.
