Lynn Angstadt
Culinary and Creative Director

Lynn is an original member of Lost Nation Smoke Company and is responsible for the beautiful boxes presented to the judges. She is the 1960 Parsley Queen of the Garden State and was runner up in the Miss Lettuce competition. Her vast knowledge of garnishes keeps the team at the top of the appearance rankings. Lynn is very focused and will shop at multiple grocery stores until she finds the perfect head of lettuce. This dedication and talent is unrivaled among the competition.
Lynn attended Julliard and is a professionally trained ball room dancer who will show her talent at the Lost Nation site. After the final turn-in on competition day, she will religiously perform her lucky jitterbug boogie. Lynn is a true asset to the team who continually keeps her teammates laughing. Lost Nation wouldn’t be where they are today without their legendary Culinary and Creative Director.
