Maple Mustard Pork Chops

Marinade
- 1C maple syrup
- 1/2C soy sauce
- 1/3C dry mustard
- 1/2C vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1C maple syrup
- 1/3C strong prepared mustard
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed through a oress
- 1T cracked black pepper
- 1t dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1C mild oil
- 8 Bone in pork chops
- I put both sauces in a mason jar and shake to mix.
- Trim all fat off edges of pork chops and put chops in 1 quart zip lock bag with marinade. Marinate for 2-4 hours turning bag every 1/2 hour.
- On the hottest grill you can get, grill chops until done: about 1-4 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the chop and the heat of the grill.
- Foil the cooked chops for 10 minutes.
- Before serving brush on heated Maple Mustard sauce.
