Bruce Decker
Assistant Pitmaster

Bruce is an original member of Lost Nation Smoke Company and currently serves as an assistant pitmaster. He is the senior statesman of the group that provides leadership and direction to a very unstructured cast of characters. Formerly, Bruce was the Music Committee Chair and provided great 60’s and 70’s Soul, but has since been replaced by a satellite radio. He is still responsible for the Traditions Committee that oversees Safety and Time Management Issues. Bruce is being heavily recruited by other Regional Teams.
