"Gentleman" Jack Decker is an almost seven year old veteran of the culinary world. Jack comes to us from Operation Scarlet Shar-pei Rescue of Lancaster, PA. His taste buds were refined at the rescue, so we adopted him to Co-manage the Northern test kitchen, in charge of brisket and butts. A fifty pound carnivore, Jack will give us instant feedback to the all important big cuts of meat. |
