Kay is mother or grandmother to most of the Lost Nation team members. She is the inspiration behind our culinary interest. Kay was the Souse Chef for Julia Child in the early forties. After the war broke out, “mom” moved from pleasing a few with her cuisine to entertaining thousands with the USO, where she was Bob Hope’s opening act. Mom then moved to New York City where she was a lead dancer with the Radio City Rockettes. After raising her family, Kay got back into Show Business; she is now the President of the Radio City Rockettes Alumni Association.
