Ridley Hot Dog Sauce

- 2 lbs lean beef
- 1 lb lean pork
- 5 hot dogs
- 1 medium onion (finely diced)
- 1 Tbl cumin
- 1 Heinz “keg of ketchup” (32 oz)
- Add No Salt at Anytime
- All meat must be ground together twice (food processor)
- Brown meat with onion.
- Add cumin and ketchup.
- Cook very slow minimum of 3 hours (I use crock pot).
Makes approx 2 quarts
