Ridley Hot Dog Sauce
  • 2 lbs lean beef
  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 5 hot dogs
  • 1 medium onion (finely diced)
  • 1 Tbl cumin
  • 1 Heinz “keg of ketchup” (32 oz)
  • Add No Salt at Anytime
  1. All meat must be ground together twice (food processor)
  2. Brown meat with onion.
  3. Add cumin and ketchup.
  4. Cook very slow minimum of 3 hours (I use crock pot).

  5. Makes approx 2 quarts
