Rice Krispies Treat Log

- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 package (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows
or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 Large Chocolate Bar (3.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- Line sheet cake pan with foil; spray lightly with non-stick spray.
- Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows
and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Press mixture evenly into foiled pan.
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter in saucepan and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Spread a coat of the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture within 1-inch of edges.
- Starting with shortest side, roll up like you would a jelly roll, peeling foil away from cereal mixture.
- Wrap roll in foil or plastic wrap.
- Store in fridge, seam side down, about 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
