Pasta Salad
  • 1 Pound small pasta
  • 1 Pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 1C Small diced celery
  • 1/2 C small diced green peppers
  • 1C Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C Spicy brown mustard
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1t Brown sugar
  • 1t Kosher salt
  • 1t Coarse ground black pepper
  • 1t Celery seeds
  1. Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water till al dente.
  2. Drain pasta, then cool it under cold running water. Drain well.
  3. Place pasta in large bowl and add celery and peppers.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayo, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir dressing ino pasta and mix until coated, refrigerate.
  6. Before serving add and mix grape tomatoes.
